Lean Six-Sigma White Belt Certification – For Sustainable and Green Manufacturing

Overview

In this 2-day course, participants will learn the principles of Lean Six-Sigma (LSS) that will enable them to adopt best practices of LSS into their workplace to pursue green manufacturing for assured sustainability of our planet. On the first day, an overview of LSS will be presented, with examples of what leading organizations have adopted as best practices. On the second day, a hands-on simulation to demonstrate how LSS thinking can be internalized by employees to improve all processes will be conducted. At the end of the 2-day training, a LSSWB certificate will be earned by the participants.

Participants may attend one or both days of training. Certificates for participating will be issued to all attending only one day.
