Catering

  • Advise on menu planning and liaison with on-site catering manager
  • Advise on catering set-ups and service styles
  • Place catering orders
  • Confirm final catering counts
  • Liaison with on-site catering during event

Onsite event management

  • Staff check-ins and registrations
  • Coordination of proceedings or program publication
  • Coordinate transportation to and from local hotel(s) for large groups
  • Coordinate all activities on-site
  • Check room setups and technical equipment requirements prior to event start
  • Problem solve any operational problems that crop up
  • Serve as local information source and venue host

Online

Learning Management System (Blackboard)

  • Course shell creation within Blackboard
  • Content placement
  • Place and remove students in the module
  • Record/track grades
  • Make quizzes (adaptive release and/or feedback)

Multimedia

  • Assistance with presentation design (Powerpoint, Flash, videos, etc)
