- Advise on catering set-ups and service styles

- Confirm final catering counts
- Liaison with on-site catering during event
Onsite event management
- Staff check-ins and registrations
- Coordination of proceedings or program publication
- Coordinate transportation to and from local hotel(s) for large groups
- Coordinate all activities on-site
- Check room setups and technical equipment requirements prior to event start
- Problem solve any operational problems that crop up
- Serve as local information source and venue host
