Sponsorship Levels and Exhibit Information
Sponsor logos should be provided in a high-resolution print ready format at the time of registration. Please send to fincannonrod24@ecu.edu no later than April 23rd.
How to become a Sponsor:
- Select a sponsor level in the “Registration Package” section.
- CPE will be contact you via email and provide a registration discount code for the participants included in your registration package.
- Register additional participants included in your sponsor package by sharing the code with the appropriate people; ask them to register online, select your sponsor level, and apply the discount code during the check out process check out.
Please contact us at CPE@ecu.edu for any direct questions related to becoming a vendor or sponsor for the ECU Spring Pharma Conference. Refunds for sponsorships and and exhibit payments are not available.
Sponsorships are non-refundable.
Substitutions, Refund & Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to participate in the conference and you would like to provide a substitute attendee, we are able to complete a registration substitution prior to the event or onsite (1:1 substitution). We do not allow transferring partial registrations (swapping different people within one registration). Please email cpe@ecu.edu with the new participant’s full name and address, registration details for the original participant and daytime phone number.
